Product is; Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G 2 GB SD Card

Product Received On; 17th May

I have purchase from Naaptol.com, an online retailer in India.

The problem is that touch pad of mobile phone i have purchased is not working from very next day of purchase. and then i have put a complaint on 19th May. At the time of purchase, they have said that warranty period is of 6 month, but now they are saying that warranty period for touch pad is only of 24 hours after order received. also they haven't provided proper document with order that shows any warranty period. They are instead of providing me solution, asking to give mobile to some local vendor for repairing.

Kindly guide me on this matter. what can i do in this matter?
