Complaint against naaptol

Sir,

with due respect i beg to say that i had ordered a camcorder form naaptol company. details given below but they didn't send this camcorder till now. and they deducted Rs. 2999 from my account from the first day of order. I have spent more then Rs.1000 to call them but they are not giving any satisfied answer.

they are also threatening me that we will not return your money . it is such a fraud company

i shall be highly oblidge to you for solving my problem as soon as possible
