Defective mobile

HI,

i have bough one Boss 3300 handset from Naaptol.com as per order no. 241667 . i was supplied a defective handset and when i send mobile for replacement, first naaptol.com gave me a wrong address and mobile came back. when i sent mobile second time, it was delivered to me saying that mobile is repaired. But the fact is that, even packing was not opened. Now even warranty period is over in these things, and a dead mobile lies in my home.
