Request For Replacement Tendered But Product not Received Back

Hi,

This is in regard to my order no 1333327 placed at naaptol.com worth Rs 12190/- placed on 4th February but the product received was defective and I sent it back according to the instructions given by the helpline number of naaptol.com, i.e. 09223516148. Te product was received on their end on 21st of February from then they have been saying that the product will be delivered within 10 working days, but with regret I hereby say that the prodct has not been received by me and it is more than one month now and more than two months since I placed the order and to further bring into notice there is no problem in the payment and the transaction was successful. When in the helpline asked for the name of the CEO or asked to trnsfer the line to somebody senior they were unable to do that. I had numerous interactions in the past one month with many executives namely, Sujesh, Sushil and Rishi but all the requests made by me went in vain.

I would like to know that how I can get help from consumer forum that will help me solve my purpose and also I would like to set and example so that after me no other consumer suffer like me.
