Defective & Old mobile delivered

Dear Sir,

Aganist oder No. 2215532 at naaptol.com I received Blackberry 9530 Strom with 3G on 19th Aug by paying about Rs.10, 000/-. Delivered mobile has certain problems.

1. Screen of mobile is loose and it has got some scrach mark on it. It

is very irritating to use touch screen mibile while screen is moving

(around 2mm play is there)

2. Touch screen is not working properly.

3. Mobile is old one and history shows many calls made by it from Jun'11.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and I dont wish to use

this old faulty mobile.

I will return this mobile to you and you pl. refund my money.

Looking forward for proper action from your side.
