We purchased a mobile handset online from Naaptol.com (order ID 2207816). After receiving it, we discovered that the phone would not charge and the authorised service centre said that the instrument was defective. We returned the product to the company and were assured of refund.
But despite repeated requests the company has not refunded the amount to us. We also no longer trust Naaptol.com to repair the device and return to us and therefore only want a refund.
