Cash paid but not send

I paid for a nokia x2 mobile on naaptol.com. on 18-10. product id is 2664903. I paid through internet banking. A confirmation mail get me from naaptol and they said product will shipped to me soon. But I not got the product yet. I contact to naaptol, they said they will refund my money inspite of the product, But no action been taken by them yet.
