NAAPTOL (TCL) DV552 still image digital video camera
I am cheated by naaptol (TCL) Handy cam

I am ordered NAAPTOL (TCL) DV552 still image digital video camera, by SAKSHI a Telugu news paper advertisement. After 15 Days i a received this through a courier. The Delivery boy SAID, not to open this box until make the payment. I paid 4200 to him and Handed over the Handy cam. To check the working condition There is no battery in the kit.

I purchased again battery from out side. I was eagerly waiting to operate the product at 7 PM. I was not showing any object except darkness on the screen. I came to a conclusion that this camera may not work at night time.

then i tested on day time...

an horrible truths i found

1. Picture quality is just 1 Mega pixes or below that. they said in the news paper and on package box it is 12 Mega pixwl.

2.By 20 minutes of operation it has shut down.

3. this works on AAA batteries. Not for recharge battery

Conclusion: I decided not to purchase any product on line by attracting advertisement. even though i read lot of compliments against NAAPTOL in consumer court websites etc, i ordered this product because of my enthusiasm and over confidence.
