Defective handset send

I had ordered for black berry strom 9530 mobile handset through NAAPTOL (5-12, order no. 2954871) one month back . i received the product but its a damaged piece . we contacted NAAPTOL customer care repeatedly but we every time got false promises that our problem would be solved within 48 hours... and its now a month and till date no problem is solved.
