Pathetic Service and loot in the name of mobile repai

This is regarding the mobile repair center named "NeedTel Communications, Sector 7, Faridabad". The guys sitting there are complete jerks and bas****s.

I gave my Nokia 2626 for repair there. I was told that there might be an issue with the charging IC because of which my cell phone after showing complete charge is switched off automatically after 5-10 seconds of starting. The guy, names Shyam, told me that estimated amount will be 500-700 and I will be getting the mobile back after 3 days. I requested him that even if it takes a day longer, he should better keep it with him for verifying that the problem is solved.

After frequent follow-ups and nearly 12 rounds, I finally got my mobile back. It all happened because of following shit*y reasons: "We are still testing it", "Our main guy has gone sick", the main guy who got sick has gone for honeymoon after marriage", "Some new problem is found"...

Please please please beware of availing his services for even the minutest problem... you don't realize what chunk of frustration you will be finding yourself in... absolute bizarre and ass-ho***s these guys are who don't even tend to understand the customer's pain and trauma...
