NICER DICER
Delivered broken piece

We ordered on phone Nicer Dicer (Genius make), which was delivered by VPP on 7th Dec. After the payment when I opened it, one of the cups is broken already. As shown on the TV, (we have the option to return the product within 15 days) I want to return it. So I have been trying to find out the procedure for returning it, but no clear replies from the Media Sellers. I feel I have been CHEATED.
