NIKIA CARE/5310 Express Music
Battery missing

Hi Sir,

I had purchased NOKIA 5310 Express Music hand set in May'09.There was a H/W issue with this hand set and hence visited NIKIA CARE in Malleswaram (11th Cross) on 12th of May'10.The warrenty period exists and Job sheet no: is 5504.After a week the problem is been solved and I received the handset too. But the original battery is missing and a stand by battery is been provided in the place of original battery with a promise of battery replacement with in two working days. Till now I do keep on contact/visit the above mentioned NOKIA CARE centre for my battery replacement and they have failed to keep the promise made to customer.
