AC NOT YET REPAIRED

Dear sir

Your mechanic has taken some of the vital components of my ac for repairing. SInce last seven days he is not responding. He is absconding. Since the ac is in the warranty period i want a new indoor unit to be relaced in place of the damaged indoor unit. I will go the consumer court if my problem is not resolved within 24 hours. My complaint registration no-RNA110409074554.I am going to book a case against your service centre at bhubaneswar and against Mr. Dilip Beura also. He is a very irresponsible guy. I am a central govt. Employee in the finance department.
