Inferior Product Quality and Poor Service

Dear Sir,

I bought my Nokia 1662 mobile phone from "The Mobile Store" in Indra Nagar, Bangalore, on 1st July. The product had a faulty mic. Despite repeatedly submitting the product to the Nokia Service Center the problem is not fixed. The phone has gone for service atleast 2 times to Delhi for a period of 12 days each. The company refused to even provide me with a standby phone during that period. They had taken my mobile for service on 20/03 on the pretext of getting it serviced within 6 days from the date of submission, but they have not gotten back to me so far. On being asked for it repeatedly they keep passing on the responsibility from one person to another. I request you to kindly consider the issue and bring such irresponsible people to book.
