New Phone Stolen By Co. Drive

My Very New Nokia 1662 is being stolen by cab driver of the company and they are not returning it.

My name is jawahar lal sarkar. My new phone (just one month old) was lost and the suspicious person don't wat to commit the theft. He is cab driver and transport dept. of my co. know everything but not returning the phone to me.

I want either the phone or some action to the Dish TV Noida sec 58 because its their cab drivers who stole my phone.

I am a very poor guy I need the phone back otherwise instead of complaining i would have purchased a new phone if i would have been a rich guy but I need the phone back or atleast take an action against Dish TV India LTD. Sec-58, Noida.

I left the job the moment they refused to give my phone back even though they know that other driver had told me that my phone is being stolen by cab driver.

Please take action against this co. I am a very poor guy.
