Nokia 2100
Not taking charging while battery has replaced

I have a nokia 2100 and it is 5 years old. i have another handset model is 6681 and i like nokia. Last few days my old mobile 2100 was giving some trouble. It is not taking charging while i replaced its old battery. so i went to authorised nokia service center, which is located at new sanganer road, opp sanjivani hospital, jaipur Rajasthan. I told my phone's problem but the dealer person said to me that it is very old model and the nokia company has closed/dead this model 2100. So we can't repair this phone. I shocked to listen thise type reply. If the authorised service center does not repair the old model handset than what customer will do and why i purchases the nokia in future.
