Nokia 2330
Switch off own its own

Sir,

I am Ayush Sharma i have purchase nokia 2330 & it will creating problem as it will go switch off own its own during its warranty . i will submit this mobile handset 2 times before, but there is no progress & 3rd time now on 5th feb. i have submit it to service centre (0755-30303838), bhopal whose complaint no. is 1- 10732601964 & job sheet no. is 751504867_100205_32 & on dated 12th feb.they have told the mobile had gone to New Delhi for repairing. if this type of service is given by nokia, then in future i think we have to go for such other company for mobile handsets & this company will get no such response from other customers also.

so kindly look after this complaint otherwise i have to take strict action against your firm in consumer court also.
