Nokia 2330
Auto pff blank screen

I bought the Nokia 2330 from M/s Univercell vide UTN:1402353 dt 11/08.The mobile gets switched off automatically within one month of its use. sometimes even when it is working the screen suddenly becomes blank resulting all the stored numbers and datas getting erased. I am proud to inform you that my mobile set has travelled all the way from Chennai to your service center at Noida. Nothing much has been done to repair the set as problems are recurring. Iam lodging this complaint with much expectation as reputed MNC like Noida will do anything and everything to satisfy its customer.
