My mobile not in warranty period now. when i purchased the mobile, the GPRS service was not working with my laptop with bluetooth connection. The net is working in my mobile but with the laptop it was not working. I went to nokia care and got soluction through formatting without any cost. after that the problem comes after compleating the warranty period and now i had to pay.

Right now the problem arise one more time. so what should i do...

i have to invest money regularly...

is it possible...

yesterday i went to Customer care near chandi chowk metro station (not near esplanade) 2nd floor.the head of customer care excutive is lady, i forgot name.

when i talk to customer care excutive (Counter no.1 right side) the person said that the mobile model is not able to connect net with laptop.than i said that it was working than he said that the mobile model is not good. do u think that this type of feedback is good for customer.mobile must be working according to their nature or feature.

i have called head of the branch also but she suggest that previously you have visited chandani chowk branch, so its better to there.

Now what should i do...

i should throw the mobile in dustdin... or i have to invest regularly...
