Not accepting mobile under warranty & suggesting mobile to be repaired from other mechanic

In the initial stage i went to Nokia center but they deny that your mobile is out of warranty so we couldn't accept your mobile handset. After going several times they suggest me to repair my mobile from outside mechanic since the mobile was out of warranty.i went to outside mechanic but he couldn't resolve my problem then i use consumer forum to register my complain. now they are ready to take my handset but since i use other mechanic to repair my mobile as suggested by them now they are refusing to accept my mobile as they said that my mobile mother board was tampered by other mechanic and as such it was out of warranty. So now in total they are harrasing me and now they are asking me to show valid proof that suggest me to go to other mechanic.
