Nokia 2690
PROBLEM IN BATTERY BACKUP

I devender sharma had purchase a NOKIA HANDSET 2690 ON 25-jul from delhi and after that near about two months there is no battery backup in the set which i have reported to the nokia care lajpat nagar 3-4 times and they kept my set near about 1 month from the date of purchase of mobile which is only two months, i m so frustrated and no positive response is given to me from the nokia executives, so plz suggest what to do.
