Nokia/2690
Poor service

On 7th dec I gave my nokia 2690 to Nokia"s service centre situated at Marutipuram Lucknow for the problem "charger not supported".

On 23rd dec. they returned my cell phone with the same problem and changed my battery saying that your battery is not working, while my battery was being charged in other mobile sets. The battery (old) supplied by them is also mentioning the same problem.

I bought the phone on 31st july. Phone is under guarantee period.

I want to recieve my original battery with problem free cell.
