I had purchased the mobile the description of which has been stated as above. During the guaranty period the mobile set gives problem. On this count I had been to your office to repair the defects pointed out. Your goodself on some pretext or other adopt dilly dally process. I attended your office tending the mobile for replacement or in the alterative for repair on 23/11/09, 18/01/10, 22/01/10, 11/02/10, 09/03/10, five dates. On all the occasion you have turned a deaf ear to our problem. Therefore I have been constrained to bring it to your notice in writing.
Your goodself being the agent of the company shall be deemed to have act on behalf of the company. And this notice shall be deemed to have been served on the company in its full force. In the event you have not taken any steps for replacement of the defective handset within 3 days from the date of receipt of the notice, I shall bring an action as deemed just and proper along with a prayer for the legal expenses and cost.
