Dated 31.10.2009 of Rolex Mobile House, Pathanamthitta.

2. Your Job sheet No.420465550/100208/1 dated 08.02.2010

I had purchased one Nokia Mobile Phone -2700 through your Dealer M/s. Rolex Mobile House, Pathanamthitta, vide Invoice No.4726/- dated 31.10.2009 for Rs.4200/-. Unfortunately, the Mobile became complaint in the second month itself, Ie., December 1st week. I approached you on 05.12.2009 and 08.02.2010 and the complaint not yet rectified.

Please be noted that, I am a Nokia customer and promoted Nokia to my family, friends, neighbours and relatives. I believed you as a trusted Company and I purchased a set for Rs.4200/- and used only one month.

Kindly do the needful to rectify the complaint or replace the same with a new one as you are a reputed company to keep your reputation well.
