Faulty Phone

I brought a Nokia 2700c 11/07 Day: Sunday 19:30 for RS 3774 from Nokia Pr Vasant Vihar New Delhi. On Wednesday i opened a new box and found that i got a faulty Mobile. Speaker for my headset is not working. I went to Nokia Priority Vasant Vihar Vasant loak New Delhi today and had a word with the same sales men. He was very help full at the time he sale that product to me but now he is not understanding me at all he said

" Nokia Care mai jaao may be they can help you" ..

I went to Nokia Care they want my set to be repaired they told me they can not replace the set which I agree. then i went to Nokia Priority again and tell the same thing they are not ready to help me at all.

I got cheated feeling very frustrated i don't know what to do. I want this set to be replaced.
