Sim card registration faild but sim card is ok as per operato

Dear Sir

I have purchaged nokia cell phone product no- 2700c, there is problem, some times it shows that sim card registration faild & there is no signal, i have checked sim from operator vodafone but as per operator sim card is ok for this problem, insert sim card in other phone & sim card is working. I have visitied to Nokia care JOb sheet No- 340504886/100819/29, Alambagh nokia catre center by Name Rema Electronics but as per nokia care employees this problem could not be maintained as this problem hapence in NOkia 2700 c, you can left hadset, i will send head office but your problem will not be solved. They also not provided any contact number or mail ID of Senior officer. Cell phone is in warrenty period.
