I have purchaged a mobiel nokia2700clasic on 14/12 from mobiel expo kankarbagh patna.

The emei nin. of mobeil is 358241031359100 and receipt no 1436 dated 14/12. In this time a my mobiel set gets low lights from screan, so I came to nokia care dakbanla patna for solving problem in gauranty period. The machenic of nokia care told me that if I want to solve problem in gauranty you face delay minimum 10 to 30 day, problem solve quilcly after paiment of amount 800.00 for desplay changing.

I requested to machanic again and again but no answer given by him I feal measbehaving and downfall my personality by this nokia care. I came back residence. I therefore request to take a action against nokia care and solve my problem.
