NOKIA CARE CHEATED

Hello,

I am Saurav Kumar Otta. I have a serious complain to lodge against Rajib Mobile Nokia care, Baripada. Recently my sister went to this nokia care for upgradation of the software of her nokia-2700 mobile. The mobile was working fine and everything was right and the mobile was working fine. But the next day when my sister went to take back her mobile the guy at the nokia care said that the mobile is out of order and is not repairable. God knows what it did with that mobile. This is not the first incident like this. You can check the history of that nokia care. It is consistently doing things like that. Many of my friends also have been cheated by that fraud Rajib mobile Nokia care in the past. Kindly take this matter as a serious concern else it will affect the brand value of nokia seriously.
