Hanging and net working problem

Sir,

I advise that despite several complaints my set is not working properly. we had handed over the set to the company twice vide jobsheet No. 109433527/1111110/32 dated 10/11 and jobsheet No. 109433527/111126/48 dated 26/11. You advised to change the set immediately as I have already faced lot of problem due to your services. If I do not get the set replaced within 5 days, I shall be forced to go to Consumer redressal forum and actions which I should take in the given circumstances.
