Defected phone & company's neglection

Hi,

i bought the nokia 2730c phone, but after utilising it 45 days, there was network problems. i sent it to the company via nokia-care. the company sent it back after 20 days. but, the problem wasn't solved. then again i went to nokia-care & they sent it back to the company. i didnt understand why the brand new nokia phone is having such a problem? thus i am suffering from the same problem again & again, & the company is doing nothing.

what to do?
