Unable to ON it

My phone suddenly switches OFF n then dosent start.i have even tried reinserting battery n sim car but all invain. i had gone to NOKIA Care Center near abot hotel, Vashi for the 6th time regarding this same problem.

i was told the hand set would be replaced if it happens again, but was not done so.on the contrary i was told to increase my warranty period

GREAT care center you have there!!!

every time i tell them this, they say ""if the problem can be repaired it wil not be replaced "", but whats the use of a repairing, if tht same problem occurs again and again.it has happened for 6th time in the last 14 months.

hope u understand my FRUSTRATION!!! and give me a urgent reply and a solution on this and also hope i am not wasting!!! my time on this complaint
