Frequent hang and switch off

I bought my nokia in last year my EMI NO: 356833026941587

My mbile is frequently switching off and its not at all swiching on. I have serviced for this complaint more than 3 times but still i got this problem. Now im unable to use my mobile. my warranty also has expired now i have to spend Rs.650 to repair it and they are not sure this problem will occur again or not in the service centre..
