Keypad faulty

I have deposited my handset at Geeta Nokia care center, Barnala disitt. Barnala (Punjab) four times for the repair of my handset nokia3110, but my handset is not repaired properly till now. I m tired and i hav no more time. and my warranty period is too low .plz. take suitable action on them.
