NOKIA 3110
Softwear failure

Dear sirs,

I bought Nokia3110 at UniverCell, Thanjavur just one and half years ago.

I was informed that is not a failure model and it will not make any problem.

But when the warrenty period the softwear in the handset failed and rectified

freely.

Again last July the same problem arised and serviced on payment of

Rs.200/ .

Today again the softwear probem arised and it was serviced under Nokia care

on payment of Rs.150/

When I asked the service authority, they simply said that they wont give

service warrenty and it was a failure model.

If it was a failure one can I get replaced one?

Where shall I get the alternative one?

I am having purchased receipt and service receipt. Can I file a consumer suit

in the court?
