Nokia 3110C
Problems occuring again and again in the handset

Dear Sir/Maa'm;

I am Neha Saxena. I bought a Nokia hanset model no. 3110c on 30th Dec. But from the past 7 months I am facing restarting problem and mobile software crash problem due to which i logg my data and have to go to Nokia Care every now and then. The problem has a solution of being format. But since the same problem was occurinng so I asked Nokia Care to send this handset to their Nodal Center. After being repaired from their also, it is having the same problem. I dont have enough time to go to Nokia Care for this problem. Since the problem is occuring every now and then I request them to replace my handset as it seems that it is some hardware problem. I request Nokia to do the needful otherwise I would have to go to consumer court.
