NOKIA CARE TAKES MONEY WHILE MOBILE PHONE WAS IN WARRANTY

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a mobile phone of NOKIA 3110C IN MARCH IMEI NO.356833/02/851073/7 and in december the phone start working improperly

then i contact to nokia care Address-Below Punjab& Sindh Bank, Fraser Road Patna-800001 Cont-9304753722. Tey take 450/- rupees to repair the set while my mobile was in warranty. I m submitting the serial no of the recipt of the amount taken is 4828/dated24/12/09

Job sheet no-5647 Now From january same problem was occured.

And they bluff with me. Please solve my problem.
