Frequent problem with the software of the phone

I, have bought a nokia 3110c on 1st jully 2009 thinking that nokia stand no 1 for their produt quality, but it was not so my problem of software started from december . which was rectified by the nokia service center giving me a clarification that my software problen will not arise again . but correctly after one month i had the same problem in jan and the same problem in feb now at present my mobile nokia 3110 c the music player is not working . its very slow... etc i want nokia to look on this matter before its to late. I want a replacement of my phone
