Nokia 3120C
Denies mobile repairing

Sir i was purchased a nokia 3120c mobile on august from 1 month from today its speaker is not working properly. i contact to nokia customer care of ambedkar nagar ghaziabad. they denied to repair mobile. actually my mobile screen is also damaged.but i dont want to repair screen.but they said me that its warrenty is over.but i did't open the device in anyways. so hows they said this to me. my mobile is still in warrenty. so i want to set a complaint of it. pls help me.
