Damage of handset by Customer Service centre

I had purchased a NOKIA 3120 Classic handset bearing IMEI no - 356851027487319 on last week of July from Baba Telecom, City Centre, Durgapur, West Bengal. After 4 months I found there was a problem with the memory card which made me take the handset to the NOKIA Service Center at Bhiringi, Durgapur, West Bengal. They confirmed that it was a factory defect and promised to replace. But during opening the battery they damaged my front facial and thereafter denying for replacement and taking charge for the damage. And moreover they are not taking the handset for the previous problem of software defect.

This is to bring your attention towards a this NOKIA Service Centre at Bhiringi, Durgapur, West Bengal and the employees of the same who are denying their negligence.
