Pawnig an obsolete set and no spares

Nokia company show room has sold the 3610a knowing it is getting obsoleted next day on jan

exactly after one yr 3 weeks after warranty incoming audio is not working

date of buying jan09

defect found feb

now neither sales or service is able to give service

i wrote to nokia neglect centre not care centre i feel so

and no proper answer is coming

NOKIA IS SUPPOSED TO BE A NO1 COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES WILL SPOIL ITS NAME

PHONE IS USELESS TO ME AS THEY ARE NEITHER REPLACING NOR EXTENDINGWARRANTY

computerised standard replies will not solve the problem
