Nokia 500 Replacement

Hi,

I bought the nokia 500 from nokia retailer Audio Video Electronics Ram nagar Karnal Haryana against bill no 25316 dt 02.01.12.With EMI No 359744043440999. But, the cell phone was getting hang and switched off. The retailer take back for replacement from company according duo scheme but till date i have not return my cell many time i visited retailer showroom to know my phone status but every time saiid your for is under process for replacement. When i forced to retailer then he told me your cell process to block at the karnal distributor Mahesh trading pvt ltd end. Kindly help me to replace my from to nokia co.
