Nokia 5130
BAD SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED

I was using Nokia 5130 Xpress music IMEI No: 356053033976795 for almost a year now but 2 weeks back i had a problem listening to voice from the other end could be a speaker problem, hence took it to the Nokia Care Center (Mathikere) for repair informed the problem and they gave me the delivery the next day. I was not completely satisfied with the service but when i asked about the same they told me that's the maximum they can do. Some how i was managing the problem for 2-3 days but was thinking to go to them as it was difficult to listen the other end, on the 4th day in the evening after i finished a call my Mobile went off and wasn't getting ON. even tried charging the battery but in vain. I went to the Nokia Care today and they informed me that the mother board is bent and can't be repaired and told me the set has fallen and the bend could be coz of that, I am so very disappointed as i have been using the device for almost a year now and they seem to know the device more than me. I told i has fallen but it was some 3-4 months before and the device worked fine till the repair, and if the problem has to of mother board then they should have told me when i gave the device for repair for the 1st time. I find it totally absurd when i said I'll complain then replied 'do what ever you want, you can change nothing".

I request you to plz look into the matter and do the needful if i am wrong, i don't mind accepting it... please do some thing about it. i will free b/w 9am to 12:30pm plz revert back with some good response.
