Problem in handset

Hello Sir,

I have purchase my Nokia Mobile handset model no 5130c EMEI no. 358245038383971 on 21st Nov from The Mobile Strore Address:- no 487/2 CMH Road. Binnamangala 1stage, Bangalore with Invoice no KN4165.

The mobile hanset is in warranty of one year with its accessories (Six month warranty).

I am geting battery backup issue since from last one month. I have submitted my handset three times for one week each time in last one month but the problem is not yet resolved. Every time they take my handset & at the time of returning they inform me that it has been repaired but no results till yet. Neither they are ready to replace the handset nor repairing it, basically no commitment. Today itself I had spoken to them, now again they are asking me to submit my handset & will same thing going to happen again. I can't continue this procedure anymore, because it is not giving any result & wasting my lot of time.

I am struggling for it since from last one month, Please help.

Please feel free to ask if any other information is required. I have xerox copy of my last jobsheet dated 23 Jan.
