Hand set problem (Nokia 5130c-2 red)

Sir/madam

i purchased one nokia 5130c-2 red hand set on 05/09 from a local dealer of howrah (new yadab telecom, andul bazaar, howrah.) but within 4 months it started showing problems like hanging and last i gave it to the dealer to give it to the customer care centre in the month of may '10. but when i get back my mobile i found the hanging problem still there and also some other problems are there like not showing conectivity i.e insert sim option. but this time i afraid to give it to the service centre as they have made scratches on my new mobile phone.

now you tell me should it be a write behaviour of such a reputed company like nokia.

i am sure that this mobile is defective from the time it is made.

i expect that the company will do the needfull to keep my faith on them.
