Harrassment for receipt of hand set

I handed over my Nokia 5130c hand set to Nokia Care centre at 83, VIP Towers, Block-F, Golaghata, Road (Ultadanga), Kolkata for repair about 10 days back and a receipt letter was given from the centre.

It was informed by the cente that my hand set is ready anf I may collect the same. But unfortunately I lost the receipt letter of this centre. The centre asked me to file a general police diary for loss of receipt letter, inspite of showing the original cash-memo for the hand set purchased by me on 05.03.2010 from 'The Mobile Store Ltd.' P-339/1CIT Road, Scheme VI M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata.

This is absolute harrasment as I am a senior Govt. official and can not spare time for filing the general police diary on a working day.

So it is requested to take necessary action so that I may get my hand set immediately.
