Hardware tempering

Hello..!! this is rohit from tambaram (chennai).i have purchased nokia xpress music 5130 phone on 27-7-09.after that more than 12 time i have serviced this mobile at nokia care tambaram.after my warranty got over again my mobile was not functioning properly.again i took my mobile to nokia care, they charged 200 rs for sevicing.again my mobile was not working properly.then i took my mobile to nokia care adyar center, they told me that there is some tempering in hardware of my mobile.
