DEFECT IN PRODUCT

I bought a nokia 5130c xpress music phone from spice mobiles on 23/09.

it has a manufacturer's warranty (NOKIA INDIA) of 12 months.

Fom the day I bought this mobile phone it is was having charging, battery back up n stand by problem.

Inspite of giving it for servicing to nokia care centre three times (including once sent to noida head office) and also battery being replaced once the problem was not taken care of.

Now after getting repaired so many times phone has started getting hang frequentely, its camera not working properly and previous battery problem still exist as usual.

The phone has again been sent to noida head office for servicing.

As a consumer I feel cheated.
