FM radio frequency not clea

I have given my set to gupta associates nokia care center vaishali gzb 4 months earlier. My set has problem in its FM radio. Then it worked for 1 month only and again same problem started.then again i gave it to same service center.then it worked again for only 2 months, same problem started again. Then i gave it again on 20th june they told me that they will send it to company. I recieved it on 2nd july.i checked it and found that its FM was clear but speaker volume was bursting, body was broken, maybe my set was changed then i gave it again in the same service center... they are telling they will send it to company again... i requested to the company that my set should be replaced by the new one... i got frustated by all this my IMEI no is 356908031481009.MY CONTACT NO IS 9891852097
