Takes money in warranty period

I Prem CHANDRA bought my nokia 5130c on dated 4/17/10, after some times it have a problem of restart so i gave it to NOKIA CARE CENTER, JAISWAL COMPLEX 6B PARK ROAD, LUCKNOW on dated 14/10/10 & again 25/10/10. They charged me Rs 275.75 with in warranty period. But they not sort out my problem & after this they told me that your handset would not be repaired. But in second NOKIA CARE they not charged me for repairing of that handset. I want that how can they charged me in a warranty period but the same nokia care not charged.
