Service Centre not returning my cell phone

Nokia Care, Sector 2, Noida.they could not repair my under warrenty nokia 5130c music express cell phone and replaced it with an unwanted colour of Nokia 5130c and earlier when i asked them weather on replacement i will get the same colour cell phone or not they said yes the colour would be same and now they are not sticking to their words and getting rude at me. I submitted my cell phone on 3rd march and got a col from them at 24th mar.
